Prevention Of Blood Cancer : Like several other cancers, the exact factors which if not avoided would surely cause leukemia are still unknown, but surely preventing risk factors such as smoking, drinking and avoiding hazardous chemicals might prevent the cancer. Avoiding exposure to radiation would also prevent the development of leukemia.
